If you are like most of us, you enjoy possessing the latest gadgets and fashion accessories but tire of having to keep track of so many different items at once. Not to worry… help is on the way in the form of the Oakley Thump Pro MP3 sunglasses. Oakley Thump Pros not only look great but they sound great too. While functionality tends to get compromised when you start combining too many functions into one gadget, this isn’t the case with the Oakley Thump Pro MP3 sunglasses.
Thanks to the Oakley Thump Pro MP3 sunglasses, you can now eliminate at least one of the many different items you need to keep track of when you leave the house – (items such as your keys, wallet, cellular phone, sunglasses and iPOD). Keeping track of so many items and making sure that you don’t lose them can certainly be annoying if not downright stressful, especially if some of the items are expensive. That’s why the Oakley Thump Pro MP3s are so great – they combine two accessories (the MP3 and the sunglasses) thereby eliminating the need to worry about at least one item.
Adding to the great appeal of the Oakley Thump sunglasses is their new style – a definite improvement over their original style. You can choose from 1GB, 512MB and 256MB versions and all the glasses have the digital player built into their frame, so you don’t have to worry about any dangling wires getting in your way. Furthermore, a single charge gets you up to six hours of music and support for MP3, AAC, and WMA file formats. The sunglasses are also fairly simple to operate. On the right side of the glasses there are three buttons, in the middle there is one for turning the Thump on and off, there is one in the front for advancing and fast-forwarding and another in the back for skipping back a track and rewinding. On the left side there are two buttons, one for increasing the volume and the other one for decreasing the volume. The Thump sunglasses also feature adjustable speakers, the ability to download music directly via a USB cord, high-definition optics and UV-filtering, and light weight, sweat-resistant frames.
Of course, like all sunglasses the Thump sunglasses cannot comfortably be worn while you are indoors or at night. They are also relatively expensive compared to other MP3 players like the iPOD. Prices for Thump sunglasses start at $249 and go up to $349 for a 1 GB pair. Even with the expensive price tag, though, the Oakley Thump Pros are a great gadget/accessory. So, if you can afford them, they might just be what you are looking for.
